1. Digital Products & Downloadable Items

All digital products, tools, and downloadable files are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless:

  • The product was not delivered, or
  • The file is corrupted or technically unusable.

If you experience technical issues, please contact us within 3 days of purchase for assistance.

2. Custom Articles & Writing Services

Due to the customized nature of content writing services:

  • Orders cannot be refunded once writing has started.
  • If work has not yet started, a refund may be requested within 12 hours of payment.
  • Minor revisions are provided free of charge within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds may be considered if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe.

3. Service-Based Orders

For digital services (e.g., website content, business support services):

  • Refunds are only available if work has not begun.
  • Once a service has started or has been completed, refunds are not available.

4. Job Portal Services

Fees related to job posting or promotional listings are non-refundable once the listing has been published.
